INTRODUCTION

The role of equality on the work place and diversity on work place is important for organization. These both things are related to the performance and personal satisfaction of individual person in an organization. Workplace diversity in organization is defined as- if the work place of organization is consists of people who could be differentiated on basis of race, gender, education, lifestyle, sexual orientation, religion, age and their personal values. Diversity allows the organization to collect people in organization who are possessing different qualities and skills which are useful for organization to maintain their performance in the market place. This is a challenge for organization to manage equality on the diverse range of people or employees in organization. So, organization used different policies that can allow them to meet the equality demands of organization. Organization like British Petrolium achieve these goals using different practices that are focused on improving the workplace environment by implement better relationship between employees. This report is focused on British Petrolium which is a public limites organization that considered in the oil and gas. It was founded in year 1909 by William Knox D'Arcy

Project management is a process that is followed by the organization to full fill particular goals of organization. This is a typical process that includes various steps that can support the process of implementing improvement in the organization. The main step of project management plan are- select the target for particular plan, collect relevant information that is effective for better implementation of the particular plan in the organization, analysis of information that is collected in the research process, evaluate the relevancy of information that can be used in the project to improve the diversity of organization along with better equality practices with in the work place.

To grow the business in continuously in international market setting of realistic goals and objectives is important. For this administration prepare effective plan of action to achieve them in the cut throat competitive world. According to the dynamic environment the set standards are changed so that emerging needs of the customers can be achieved in the global market. The framed aims and objective helps staff members of the to work day and night to full-fill them respectively .

In UK market there is huge scope to expand the business of British Petrolium. By doing so firm is able to capture huge market ratio as well as goodwill is raised in the cut throat competitive world. To figure out growth opportunities in the market research is conducted on continuous basis.

Workers of British Petrolium are trained so as to use the resources properly. It aid the firm to use the precious resources effectively and efficiently to achieve the desire results. It was discovered in the year 1910-1915. It highlight the dependency relationship among activities and current schedule status. In Gantt Chart the width of horizontal bar shows duration of each activity while vertical axis presents task to be performed and time interval is demonstrated on horizontal axis. It is a graphical chart of a schedule that aid to coordinate, plan and track particular tasks in a a project.

Break Down Structure:

This approach is used in British Petrolium as it simply the task into smaller sections. By this act the work can be completed easily in the set time duration. Quantitative method:

The project which is based on quantitative method included more of numerical and mathematical figures. It is bit complex in nature as compare to qualitative method. Organization adopts quantitative method in their work as it helps demonstrate the information by graphs, pie chart, diagrams etc. it become interesting for the readers to grab the information and knowledge from numerical figures.

Qualitative method is effectively implemented by British Petrolium in their data collection activities. It makes the work of high quality which is a positive mark for the company as well as readers. I lack behind in decision making skills for which I am working on it to improve it (Kirchner, M. and Akdere, 2017). I am spending quality time with the top level management to examine how they take best decision in very situation. Also, taking part in debate competition to increase my decision making skills.

As my decision making skills improves with the phase of time I will be able to take best decision in context of both employees and employer benefits. It will help to accomplish set goals and objectives in the global market.

Communication skills

Communication skills are weak due to which I am unable to convey my view point to others. In order to raise communication skills I am attending personality classes. As well as other watching other persons gestures and way of communicating style.

By enhancement in communication skills I will be able to convey information easily without any kind of mis-understanding. It will help to create positive working environment for employees (Madanat and Khasawneh , 2018).

Research skills

While carrying out the research work I examined that I lack in research skills due to which task was not properly completed. In order to improve this particular skills I am watching online video in context of research work (Manap and Syahrom, 2017).

As my skills will be upgraded I will be able to provide authentic and accurate information to the readers. This act will assist me to bind loyal customers for longer tome duration.
